Product Description

We manufacture edge strips in ABS, polypropylene, PPO and other plastics.Specially engineered, extremely durable plastics, and the international advanced production technology offer extended service life and excellent heat, chemical and impact resistance.Our company is specilized in insulating edge strip for cathode plate.three kinds of different material,and four kinds of specifications,they can meet the requirments of most of the stainless steel cathode plates and the titanium plates.Through two years research and development in ***9 and ***0, we succeed in inventing new techonoly to manufacture the edge strip, which makes our strip's life 1.5 times than others.

Our PPO edge strip is made using PPO as main material injection molding, glass transition temperature is **0℃, melting temperature is **7℃. It can works from ***7 to **0℃. PPO has the excellent characteristics of physical mechanical properties, heat resistance, and electrical insulation.It is famous among the engineering thermoplastics for its low water absorption rate, high hardness, excellent dimensional stability and ant-creeping under high temperature.
